Jordan recently starred as Therese in the staged reading of Chantecler: A Musical Fable at Emerson College. The January presentation featured a cast that included Broadway performers, offering a dynamic and professional environment for the development of this new musical.
Jordan starred as Calpurnia in Emerson Stage’s contemporary production of Julius Caesar in December, bringing Shakespeare’s tragedy to life through a modern lens in the Greene Theatre at Emerson College. She also served as the understudy for Portia, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to both principal and supporting responsibilities in this dynamic interpretation of the classic play.
Jordan took on the role of the Beggar Woman in Sweeney Todd this October, a long-dreamed-of production she was thrilled to finally bring to life. The role quickly became one of her favorites, allowing her to explore the character’s haunting emotional depth while balancing fragility, intensity, and quiet tragedy. Portraying the Beggar Woman challenged her both vocally and dramatically, making it an especially meaningful and rewarding experience.
